Isabelle possesses a Commercial Professional Baccalaureate with a specialization in SVIT Accounting for Real Estate from Zurich in 2010, alongside a completed Commercial Apprenticeship at the Hotel Gstaaderhof in Gstaad from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, her educational background includes attending Ecole Superieure de Commerce in La Neuveville from 2001 to 2003. On the professional front, she served as a Project Manager at Röthlisberger Interior Production AG in Saanen from 2012 to 2023. In this capacity, she effectively managed interior design projects, contributed to business development initiatives, and played a pivotal role in the successful opening of Hästens Store in Bern, while also spearheading improvements in existing Hästens Stores in Geneva and Bern. Preceding this, from 2005 to 2012, she held the position of Head of Department in Real Estate Management at Gerax SA in Gstaad, where she oversaw property management, maintenance operations, personnel management, and family office responsibilities. Proficient in her mother tongue, German, she also demonstrates fluency in English (C2) and French (C2).
