Freshly-prepared home-cooked food is served in the dining room each day by Chef Alex and Chef Carlo.
Students are encouraged to eat a well-balanced meal and to develop healthy eating habits.
Chef Alex follows the requirements of the food pyramid for a balanced meal consisting of dairy, fruits, grains, proteins and vegetables.
Meals are prepared with all-natural ingredients with occasional Asian, Italian, Middle-Eastern theme days to encourage a cultural palate.
Our dedicated kitchen team are always on hand to adapt to any food allergies and to provide fresh and inspired menus.
