Alex Schwob

Kitchen Chef

A Swiss native, Alex gained his chef experience in several 4 and 5* hotels in Gstaad, St Moritz, Canada, a private yacht, cruise ship and in the private chalets of Gstaad. Alex also gained speciality skills in Thai cuisine whilst training in Bangkok. In his free time Alex loves nature, mountain biking, SCUBA diving and photography.
