Jocelyn is a Chinese-Canadian who grew up in Lausanne, Switzerland. She graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, where she studied archaeology. During her studies, she took part in archaeological excavations in Italy, and did a 1-year exchange at UCL in London, UK. Outside of school, Jocelyn enjoys drawing, painting, and playing music such as piano and the violin.
